Thank you for allowing me to serve you. I am so excited to get started. But first, I want to lay out the ground rules of our relationship so we are on the same page.
This letter serves as our agreement. Please read it carefully. If something does not align with your goals for our work together, please contact me so we may discuss how to move forward.
My commitment to you is to deliver the best service possible. If at any time you feel any stress come up surrounding our work, please let me know right away and I will do the same.
In this agreement, I will refer to myself, my employees, and my company as “Company.” I will refer to you as “Client.”
1. Parties and Contact Information:

b. Company Name: Costa Rica Relocation & Travel LLC
c. Business Address: Playa Hermosa, Garabito, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
a. Client has purchased the RelocateNow Concierge Relocation Program
b. The intention for this service is to provide Relocation Services for moving to Costa Rica.
c. This service includes:
- 1:1 consult to identify logistics of the move and actions to be taken on our end, creating of your “Roadmap” which will outline what is to be done between the Kick Off call and your move
- 1:1 Support via WhatsApp, phone call, zoom calls & RelocateNow Private Facebook Group.
- The “RelocateNow Resource Library” - an archive of valuable information
- Weekly group logistics + support meetings
- Logistical support identified during our meetings (may include but not limited to finding home rental, car rental, entry paperwork, connection to resources needed per case basis, research, etc…)
- Search, find, and negotiate ONE long-term rental for the move, additional rental searches can be completed by our team for an additional cost.
- 1:1 pre-arrival check-in meeting to ensure correct paperwork for entry & arrangement of arrival logistics
- Arrangement of airport pick up for move (cost is not included - price depends on location of rental)
- Introductory day to your town with area specialist (optional - additional cost usually between $60-$80 USD)
- Ongoing email / WhatsApp / phone call support after move
- Consultation on car purchase, car ownership, and connection to car broker + reputable dealerships
- Connections to lawyer for digital nomad visa, residency, car purchase, real estate purchase, and any other circumstance that requires the assistance of an attorney
- Advising on the opening of a bank account in Costa Rica
- Consult on vehicle purchase and obtaining CR driver’s license in the future
- Finding English speaking representatives at agencies or offering translation as needed
- Guidance on residency / digital nomad visa + connection to lawyer to file paperwork
- Guidance on property purchase + connection to reputable attorney for purchase
- Assistance on paperwork for bringing pets into Costa Rica
3. Term:
The engagement of services begins at the payment of invoice. Ongoing support via WhatsApp, Email, & Support Resources is continuously available after arrival.
4. Client’s Participation:
a. Client agrees to attend phone/video calls, review the online course library, update the company on travel plans, and inform company if unsatisfied with work together.
5. Client Agrees to Pay:
4 Payments of: $549
6. Refund/Multiple Payments:
Company firmly believes in the quality of this service. If Client completes the program and sees no results, Company will work until those goals happen. Refunds are offered in case of overpayments or double payments.
7. Rentals:
Company is not responsible for instances of theft or burglary at a rental property while Client is living there.
8. Confidentiality:
Any information discussed during Company and Client’s work together is confidential. This does not include information that was available to the public or gained by a third party.
9. Non-Compete Clause:
The Client agrees that for a period of 2 years following the completion of this agreement, they shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with the services provided by Costa Rica Relocation & Travel LLC within Costa Rica.
10. Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement, including but not limited to changes in legal requirements, natural disasters, or governmental actions. The Company’s total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.
11. Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice if the other party materially breaches this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid by the Client.
12. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
13. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disagreement, the parties agree to first attempt mediation before proceeding to legal action.
